Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Aqua Aerobics
Cardiovascular training taught in our heated lap pool. A great way to workout without while minimizing any impact or strain on the lower back.
Cardio Fusion
A complete upper and lower body core strength training class using Steps, Bosu, stability ball, and Gliders to increase cardiovascular endurance.
Cycle
Combination of basic cycling movement with motivational coaching techniques utilizing an intense cardio workout on the bikes. Burns over 500 calories and involves hills, jumps, climbs and sprints.
Boot Camp
An intense class that combines strength and cardiovascular training. This class has a calorie-burning format by incorporating both Step, cycle, circuit training, interval training and anything else that can intensify your workout experience.
Stability Ball
Core Training using a stability ball and weight bearing exercises to challenge yourself and increase your fitness level after each session. A very fun class!
Step Fusion
Reebok Step class combining weights, Bosu and other core training drills to keep the heart pumping. Offers more variety in cardiovascular training.
Step & Strength
Combination of stretching the upper and lower body and using weights for toning and strengthening muscles.
Pilates
Conditioning for the entire body! Promotes balanced musculature, flexibility and agility. It is considered a form of art that improves posture and core control.
Yoga
A series of postures to develop a more harmonized body, mind, and spirit. Emphasis on relaxed spinal stretches, breathing techniques and mindfulness.
Advanced Step
Step class taken to the max! A high speed workout to challenge your stepping skills.
