  • Advanced Step
  • Step class taken to the max! A high intensity & high energy Step class. The music and beats are faster than a traditional Step class but challenging and FUN!
  • Aqua Aerobics *
  • Cardiovascular and resistance training in our beautiful heated lap pool (outdoors). A great way to work out while eliminating any impact on your joints and back.
  • Aqua Monsters *
  • Kids competitive swim team coached by Peter and Koren Motekaitis. For more information and sign ups, go to the link on our website for more information.
  • Basic Step
  • Learn how to do Step or just want a GREAT workout at a easier pace ..... learn the choreography while getting an awesome cardio workout.
  • Cardio Fusion
  • A complete upper/lower body “core” strength training class using; Step, Bosu, stability ball and gliders while increasing cardiovascular training.
  • Chisel & Pilates
  • Be prepared for immediate results “Chisel” away at your body and create a firmer and more tone YOU! Followed by 30-minutes of “pilates” core training.
  • Boot Camp
  • “GetNICKed or Bosu are also a variety of fun... motivated, strength, endurance, stability and balance classes. Go at your own pace and be prepared to have intense FUN.
  • Bosu
  • Some classes may have the “Bosu” that are used in classes for stability and balance and it is a challenging fitness tool to help you work more “CORE”.... Abs.
  • Master Class *
  • Coached swimming with Ross, Holly and Curtis. DSF swim coaches are professional triathletes who are available to help you with swimming strokes and technique.
  • Mature Movement
  • Lower impact aerobics and strength training and is designed for members who like the music low and enjoy the social aspects of working out.
  • Pilates
  • Conditioning for the entire body! Promotes balanced musculature, flexibility and agility. It is considered a form of art that improves posture and core control.
  • Spin
  • Cycling on Schwinn bikes and taught by experienced cyclist and pro-triathletes in Davis. These instructors will prepare you for sports related events or/and cardiovascular training.
  • Step / Body Fusion
  • A variety of cardio training with the Step and weights to achieve maximum results while being creative in each class.... you never know what’s next!
  • Yoga
  • A series of postures to develop a more harmonized body, mind, and spirit. Emphasis on relaxed spinal stretches, breathing techniques and mindfulness.
  • Zumba
  • Cardio dancing in a “Latin Dance” format with choreographed routines that make the class fun and challenging. These classes are taught by certified Zumba instructors.

  • Try to take all the classes OFTEN and make sure you bring a closed top water bottle and wear the appropriate shoes for each class. As a beginner: feel free to try any class at anytime.... just go at your own pace and stay as long as you like. DSF instructors do not mind if you come to class a little late or leave early.   • Family Swim Hours Only:
  • Mon-Wed-Fri 5am – 11am (12 – 3:00pm during the Summer) 6pm – 9pm Tues and Thurs 5am – 3:00pm 5pm – 9pm

  • Children or free swim is not available during our MASTER SWIM classes on Monday and Wednesday’s 5pm – 6pm
