John Wright
- Training Philosophy:
- When I workout, I do it for a purpose and never just go through the motions. I try to instill this same mentality in others that I exercise with. I know everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, which determine how I design a workout. I consider myself to be very patient and encouraging, and will not hesitate to try another method if the current one is not working. I believe there is no greater feeling than the one you’ll get after completing a workout with me and obtaining the results you desire

- Background
- I grew up in Woodland, California, which is still my place of residence. Currently I attend UC Davis where I’m majoring in mechanical engineering. Eventually I would like to pursue a career in underwater robotics; specifically underwater rov’s used for excavations and research. Throughout the process of schooling I’ve always tried to work jobs geared towards some of my other passions, such as tutoring math and now working as a personal trainer. I have always wanted to consider myself a well rounded person in all areas of life, which is why I don’t limit myself to only working in fields related to my college major. I’m always thinking of new things I would like to try, which is what helps keep me motivated in life. Since I was a kid I’ve exercised and lifted weights, along with helping train and motivate many friends who were looking to get in good shape. Working out will always be an important aspect of my life, which I love being able to share and pass down to others.
